The 1C team is creating a modern system used by over 10,000 employees, thousands of partners, and millions of clients worldwide. All modules are high-load, processing over 40,000 users and 400,000 documents daily.
We are looking for someone to help us take our AI functionality to the next level. We plan to implement an intelligent platform based on 1C, including AI assistants, automated processing of inquiries and report generation, and connecting corporate knowledge bases using the RAG scheme.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing fault-tolerant integration mechanisms between 1C databases and AI/ML services
- Implementing practical use cases (user AI assistants, automatic inquiry classification, smart task routing, document and analytical report generation)
- Developing and connecting corporate knowledge bases (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Testing open-source and commercial models (Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, GigaChat, YandexGPT), local inference servers (Ollama, vLLM), and ready-made agent frameworks
We expect you to have:
- Deep knowledge of the "1C:Enterprise" platform, development standards, and BSP (Built-in Software Components)
- Solid skills in working with HTTP/REST API, JSON/XML, and message brokers
- Practical experience integrating LLMs via API, understanding the principles of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
