Looking for MARKETING LEAD (HoReCa / Restaurant Business) 📍 Bali (relocation)

About the company: An ecosystem of 3 signature restaurants in Bali + a travel agency. Team - 150+ people. We are building a strong gastronomic brand on the island.

What you will be doing: 🔹 Develop a marketing strategy (systematically, without reactive solutions) 🔹 Manage the SMM team (designers, copywriters, editors) - set tasks and check results 🔹 Launch promotions, special projects, loyalty programs that generate revenue 🔹 Analyze results and make decisions based on data 🔹 Work with Tone of Voice, visuals, content 🔹 Interact with bloggers and influencers (a plus)

Requirements: ✔ Strategic thinking, knowledge of Marketing Mix ✔ Experience launching campaigns with measurable ROI ✔ Understanding of SMM, design, copywriting - to set tasks ✔ Basic analytics (data-driven decisions) ✔ Team management ✔ English B2 (written and spoken) ✔ Responsibility, systematic approach, leadership
