Online car sales service T-Auto (T-Bank) is looking for a Marketing Lead who will take responsibility for the development of the direction and become a driver of GMV growth — through product, data, and systematic marketing.
T-Auto is an online car sales service with a full transaction cycle: from selection to online purchase. They combine more than 20 car brands and grow x4 year-on-year. Their ambition is to become the №1 online car sales service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop T-Auto marketing across the entire funnel: from awareness to purchase. Formulate and defend the marketing strategy, budget, and roadmap
- Generate and test hypotheses. Interpret A/B test results and scale successful solutions
- Lead turnkey marketing projects: from idea and scenario to performance analysis
- Collaborate with product, analytics, CRM, content, support, and sales teams
- Participate in product development: initiate research and product changes
- Summarize and communicate results to the team, manage the backlog of launches, and systematize the knowledge base
- Manage a team of two direct reports: PMM and offline marketer. In the future, as the service grows, strengthen the marketing team by agreeing on team expansion
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in product marketing as a leader
- Experience in the automotive industry or e-commerce with a long transaction cycle
- Experience defending budgets and marketing strategies
- Experience in building processes and team management
- Understanding of how acquisition works at all stages of the funnel and what channels are needed for it
- Understanding of unit economics basics
- Project management and teamwork skills
- Ability to justify decisions with data and demonstrate business impact
- Proactiveness, strong communication, and negotiation skills
