The federal retail chain of Dobrotsen stores is looking for a Branch Director to lead the company's business in one of the countries of presence and be responsible for its development, financial results, and operational efficiency.
Dobrotsen is an international chain of hard discounter stores.
Responsibilities:
- Full management of the company's business in the country.
- Responsibility for P&L, achievement of financial targets, and network development.
- Management of commerce, operations, logistics, finance, development, and HR.
- Formation of a strong management team.
- Development of the local product base and improvement of business efficiency.
- Interaction with government bodies, key partners, and suppliers.
- Implementation of the company's strategy, considering the specifics of the local market.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Retail / FMCG: as General Director, CEO, COO, or Branch Director of a large retail business.
- Experience managing P&L and a distributed network.
- Experience managing multiple functional areas simultaneously.
- Strong management and leadership competencies.
- Understanding of retail business economics.
- Experience in grocery retail, FMCG, discounters, logistics, or distribution will be an advantage.
