We are looking for an Operation Lead to own operational changes within Lamoda's creative function. This role is for someone who enjoys not just managing projects, but creating functional processes, uniting different teams, and driving changes to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational and transformational projects:
- transform business ideas into clear implementation plans;
- define goals, timelines, budget, and success criteria;
- form project teams;
- manage risks and changes;
- support projects from idea to implementation and results evaluation;
- transfer processes to regular operational activities.
- Build cross-functional interaction:
- unite teams around a common goal;
- identify process owners and key stakeholders;
- coordinate resources and priorities;
- organize working groups;
- resolve contradictions between functions;
- ensure transparency in decision-making.
- Develop production processes:
- analyze the full content production cycle;
- identify bottlenecks;
- standardize processes and approaches;
- implement SLAs between teams;
- automate routine operations;
- increase the speed and quality of content production;
- reduce process costs.
- Develop AI and automation:
- identify processes with high automation potential;
- launch AI pilots;
- interact with internal teams and external partners;
- evaluate the business effect of implementation;
- scale successful solutions.
- Manage project financial efficiency:
- develop budgets;
- forecast expenses;
- analyze plan vs. actual;
- calculate the economic effect of projects;
- prepare financial justifications for initiatives.
- Work with contractors:
- organize tenders;
- evaluate proposals;
- participate in negotiations;
- form SLAs and KPIs;
- control the quality of cooperation;
- optimize costs.
- Manage project portfolio:
- maintain a roadmap of initiatives;
- prioritize projects;
- monitor workload and dependencies;
- prepare management reports;
- ensure the adoption of implemented changes.
We expect:
- experience managing full-cycle cross-functional projects;
- experience in business process optimization;
- understanding of project management and change management;
- experience managing budgets and project economics;
- experience working with contractors and tenders;
- experience implementing automation or AI projects will be an advantage;
- developed communication and negotiation skills;
- independence, systemic thinking, and a high level of responsibility.
Will be an advantage:

- understanding of content creation processes;
