An international company developing digital products in the FinTech, iGaming, and High-Risk sectors is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to take charge of product development in international markets and be responsible for implementing strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities: — Develop the iGaming product in an assigned international market. — Deeply understand the product, business processes, and market specifics. — Work at the intersection of business, product, and operational departments. — Analyze product and business indicators, identify growth points. — Monitor the implementation of initiatives and ensure their adoption. — Consider the specifics of regulated markets and compliance requirements.

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Product Manager, Product Development, or Product Operations. ✔️ Has worked in iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or other High-Risk products. ✔️ Has experience developing digital products in international markets. ✔️ Possesses product thinking and is focused on financial results. ✔️ Understands iGaming economics, key product metrics, RTP, and coefficients. ✔️ Has experience working with product and business metrics.

Will be a plus: • Understanding of Compliance and specifics of regulated markets. • Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams.
