NO RELOCATION. ** Responsibilities: -Develop business in LATAM and be responsible for metric growth -Independently manage the direction and make key decisions -Work at the intersection of product, marketing, and payments - synchronize teams -Seek and implement growth points through a product approach -Work with partners and the market

What we expect: -Experience in a similar role for 5+ years -Understanding of iGaming (or related industries) and a desire to dive deep into the product -Ability to work with data: not just look at numbers, but draw conclusions and make decisions -Strong communication skills: ability to build dialogue between different teams -Independence and maturity - take ownership of a direction and bring tasks to completion without constant supervision -Strategic thinking: see growth points and be able to implement them -Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams -English from B1/B2

Will be a plus: Proficiency in Spanish
