You will:

•  Provide comprehensive legal support for Avito Auto online services and products at all stages of project implementation, specifically:
  

• Analyze product initiatives for compliance with legal requirements;

• Provide legal risk assessment;

• Develop a legal position on product-related issues;

• Develop financial and legal structures, conduct contract work;

• Prepare user documentation;

•  Work on major projects together with product, development, and finance teams;
  

•  Resolve operational issues and support business processes in the assigned direction;
  

•  Consult and prepare opinions on matters of civil and antitrust law, data regulation, as well as on credit products;
  

•  Approve informational, marketing, and other creative materials, ensuring their compliance with advertising legislation.
  

We expect you to:

•  Have a higher legal education;
  

•  Have at least three years of experience in the IT sector;
  

•  Possess deep knowledge of legislation in the areas of internet regulation, advertising, and contract law;
  

•  Understand the principles of electronic platforms;
  

•  Adhere to a systematic approach in work;
  

•  Have English language skills at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
  

•  Be able to handle a large volume of information in a multitasking mode;
  

•  Be ready for new challenges and unconventional solutions.
