The Legal Department of Yandex is seeking a lawyer specializing in civil law to work with the Auto.ru service and B2B products for car dealerships.
Support of commercial activities You will participate in approving business models, launching and supporting projects for service development. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing contracts and documents for users and clients, participating in negotiations, advising colleagues, and formulating positions on legal matters in the fields of civil and administrative law, advertising, and consumer protection.
Support of marketing activities You will participate in the approval of advertising, marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives, support deals with partners, platforms, and advertising agencies, and prepare rules for promotions, contests, and other user documents.
Claims handling, litigation, and interaction with government agencies You will need to help the support service process user appeals and claims, respond to inquiries from government bodies, and represent the company's interests in arbitration and general jurisdiction courts.
