In-House Lawyer at "Beri Zaryad"

We are looking for an in-house lawyer who will be responsible for legal support of the development of the "Beri Zaryad" service.

What tasks await you

Working with contracts, inquiries, and claims You will process claims and inquiries from clients and partners, as well as requests from government agencies and courts. Engage in litigation and pre-trial claim work, including representing the company's interests in courts and government bodies. Conduct contract work: create templates, review, approve, and conclude contracts.

Legal and administrative support You will prepare the terms and conditions for promotions and marketing events, assist in their preparation and implementation, and launch advertising campaigns. Furthermore, you will need to study advertising and other materials and check their compliance with advertising legislation, as well as monitor the service's functionality for legal compliance.

Preparation of legal opinions You will prepare legal opinions on matters of civil, administrative, and other branches of law to identify and minimize risks for the company.

We expect that you

• Have graduated from a law school and have worked in the field for more than three years
• Work with any legal documents thoughtfully and with high quality
• Have experience interacting with government agencies
• Adapt quickly to changes
• Are ready to delve into the nuances of the business

• Have experience in legal support for internet services
