Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal support for Avito Goods online services and products — analyzing initiatives, providing legal risk assessment, studying market practices and court decisions;
• Maintaining the clarity of legal documents and materials — contracts, user documentation, written communications, interfaces, etc.;
• Monitoring legislative initiatives, assessing their impact on business and legal risks;
• Preparing legal opinions and analysis on issues of civil, antitrust law, information law, data regulation;
• Participating in business process optimization, solving operational issues;
• Preparing and finalizing contracts for Avito Goods, including Avito Delivery;
• Approving creative materials, ensuring their compliance with legal requirements.

We expect you to:

• Have a higher legal education (specialization in digital law will be an advantage);
• Have a good knowledge of legislation in the field of internet regulation, understand the legal specifics of online platform operations;
• Have at least one year of experience in the IT sector or in legal consulting;
• Have English language skills at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• Be able to handle large volumes of information in a multitasking environment;
• Be ready for new challenges and non-standard solutions.
