Requirements: Experience as PM / Delivery Manager / Product Project Manager in IT. Technical background or good understanding of development. Ability to speak the same language with the team. Data-driven approach and experience with analytics. Independence, systematic approach, and readiness for a fast pace. Bonus points: Experience in iGaming or gamedev. Understanding of real-time / dynamic digital products. Experience in startups or fast-growing teams. Active use of AI tools in work. Manage the development process and coordinate the team. Lead sprints, planning sessions, groomings, syncs, and other team rituals. Monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Work with KPIs, metrics, and process efficiency. Build a clear delivery process that genuinely helps the team. Be the liaison between business, product, and development.
