Our task is to find synergy between AI models, Channels, Templates, and the Product's UNIT economics. Interaction with the customer is built across more than 10 channels, including using our own call center and field staff.

Responsibilities

• develop and implement an interaction strategy in digital and physical channels, forecast results, define goals and budget
• analyze interaction effectiveness, evaluate conversion, and propose optimization solutions
• develop the optimal pilot launch configuration considering Products, Channels, and Unit economics
• audit the customer journey map (CJM), identify problem areas, and eliminate them
• analyze and design the customer journey considering the influence of multiple factors, finding synergy between customer needs and financial results

Requirements

• you have a higher education degree
• you possess PM work experience of 1+ years
• you can segment the audience (including using ML-models) and develop complex marketing strategies
• you have been involved in finding new growth points and testing hypotheses to increase profitability
• you have participated in developing algorithms for solving complex cases
• you have mastered data analysis skills (working with key product metrics, conducting A/B tests, knowledge of SQL is a plus)
