Head of MobCash / Director Cash & Manual Agents

An international holding company at the intersection of iGaming, FinTech, and Crypto is looking for a head of its agent network.

We develop our own products in the betting and casino sectors, operate in global markets, and continue to scale our payment infrastructure worldwide. We are now seeking a person who can take responsibility for the development and scaling of the agent network as a separate business unit.

The agent network includes two key areas:

• Manual Agents - agents working with local payment methods (P2P, P2C, APM, and other solutions), ensuring the acceptance and processing of payments through our own infrastructure and details.
• Cash Agents - local representatives and partners working with cash, ensuring cash in/out in the product's regions of presence.

The primary goal of the role is to scale both areas, increase their efficiency, develop the agent network in existing regions, and launch new geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale the cash and manual agent network in existing and new regions;
• Search for new channels for attracting agents and build systematic lead generation;
• Manage the team and establish processes within the unit;
• Work on risk reduction, increasing conversion rates, and network profitability;
• Participate in launching new geographies and scaling current markets;
• Be responsible for the operational efficiency and financial results of the unit.

Main Regions: Africa, LatAm, Asia.

What's important to us:

• Experience in managing P2P, P2C, APM, or agent payment networks;
• Experience in iGaming, betting, or gambling;
• Own network of contacts with agents, traders, or payment partners;
• Understanding of payment infrastructure operations in developing markets;
• Experience in scaling international projects and launching new geographies.
