CEO / COO — iGaming LATAM (B2C)

We are looking for a C-level executive for an international iGaming product focused on the markets of Argentina and Colombia.

We need someone who has a deep understanding of iGaming in LATAM and can take over the management of the entire business together with the founder.

Responsibilities:

▪️ Management of all business areas: product, commercial, operational, and financial blocks;

▪️ Responsibility for P&L, budget, unit economics, and commercial results;

▪️ Product development in Argentina, Colombia, and other LATAM countries;

▪️ Adaptation of product, marketing, and payments to local specifics;

▪️ Team building and management of department heads;

▪️ Development of partnerships with providers, payment companies, and affiliates;

▪️ Business scaling and launch of new GEOs.

Requirements:

▪️ Experience as CEO, COO, GM, or Regional Director in iGaming;

▪️ Experience in managing P&L and a full business unit;

▪️ Practical experience working with LATAM;

▪️ Knowledge of the markets of Argentina and/or Colombia will be a big plus;

▪️ Understanding of product, marketing, retention, affiliates, payments, and operations;

▪️ English B2 level; Spanish will be an advantage.

Conditions:

▪️ Key role with direct impact on business strategy;

▪️ Fixed salary + bonuses, discussed individually;

▪️ Full-time;

▪️ Priority – office in Yerevan, but remote format is also possible.
