I am looking for a Head of Business Process Optimization for a large retail company (food retail). The role reports directly to the CEO and involves building end-to-end process architecture and launching operational efficiency improvement programs at the company-wide level.

Experience in operational efficiency improvement projects specifically within food retail is important, as is fluent English. A background in BIG4 is welcomed. The person in this position must have a deep understanding of retail processes (logistics, commercial, operations) and be able to connect them to create a unified approach. The position involves working at a high level, but with deep immersion in business details and active participation in processes.
