A vacancy for Marketing Director is open at the agricultural machinery manufacturing company KOBLiK GROUP.
Koblik Group is a holding company that unites four agricultural machine-building enterprises and its own network of dealer centers in more than 20 regions of Russia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a unified marketing management system for the holding of manufacturing machine-building enterprises
- Ensuring the achievement of planned performance indicators (market share, increased customer base, ROMI, loyalty index, etc.)
- Development and implementation of a strategy for the development and promotion of brands in the market, development of a portfolio and pricing strategy
- Formulation of a sales development strategy, including dealer development programs, in the Russian market, entry into new markets, including international ones
- Ensuring market research (market segmentation, competitor analysis, target audience study, positioning, tracking new market trends, etc.)
- Organization of the development and implementation of promotional plans and trade marketing development projects, Digital marketing; analysis of the effectiveness of implemented measures
- Ensuring constant brand presence in the information field, PR activities in media and online resources, participation in specialized exhibitions
Expectations from a successful candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director (sales of equipment/technically complex goods, including for agricultural producers) in large manufacturing companies with a dynamic and result-oriented corporate culture
- Successful experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy
- Proven successful experience in brand creation and development projects
- Leadership competencies
- Willingness to travel on business
- Willingness to relocate to the city of Voronezh
