Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business, or management;
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- MS Office, 1C, graphics software;
- Knowledge of market analysis and research methods;
- Proficiency in positioning and marketing strategy development technologies;
- Proficiency in internet promotion technologies;
- Practical experience in B2B segment marketing, including Digital, SEO, and SMM;
- Proven experience in launching and scaling marketing campaigns (case studies with measurable business results);
- Portfolio of completed projects;
- Knowledge of the construction materials market is welcome;
- Communication skills, results-orientation, systematic approach, analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning. Development of a marketing strategy across all sales channels in the Russian Federation market, identification of key brand and product development directions. Setting marketing goals and objectives for the short and long term;
- Organization and management of marketing campaigns. Planning and execution of national and regional advertising campaigns. Management of all marketing communication channels. Development and implementation of creative concepts and ideas. Media planning, media placement, digital marketing (SEO, SMM, content marketing, targeted and contextual advertising), industry exhibitions, Event marketing and PR, development of P.O.S. materials. Evaluation of marketing activities effectiveness based on business indicators;
- Brand management. Development of corporate style and brand identity. Price and communication positioning of products and formation of their value proposition;
- Management of new product development for assortment expansion: from idea generation to prototype creation and transfer to production;
- Analytics and research. Conducting comprehensive marketing research of the target audience, analysis of the market and competitive environment, opportunities for developing new directions, forecasting market trends;
- Budgeting. Planning, management, and optimization of the budget;
- Team management. Leadership and development of the team (advertising, design, and internet projects departments).
- Task assignment, performance monitoring. Interaction with contractors, advertising agencies, partners;
- Interaction with company departments. Cross-functional cooperation with sales, production, and finance departments. Ensuring coordinated actions of different company units within a unified marketing strategy.
