Agroeco is seeking a Marketing Director for its group of pig-breeding companies.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for B2B and other sales channels (processing, wholesale, HoReCa, retail chains, export markets, and other B2B channels), aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Formation of an assortment strategy for each channel: optimization of product portfolio, packaging, logistics solutions, and pricing policy to increase market share and profitability in the agro-segment.
- Management of partner marketing and communications: development of joint promotion programs, product collaborations, and loyalty programs to increase customer LTV and strengthen the company's reputation as a reliable partner.
- Management of channel analytics and budgeting: defining key KPIs, building sales and profitability monitoring systems, market and competitor analysis, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities (including MROI calculation), and preparing regular reports for the board.
- Initiation and launch of new product solutions and assortment initiatives in the market; ensuring successful product launches with demand forecasting and economic efficiency assessment.
- Evaluation and implementation of investment projects in marketing and channel development; preparation of justifications and project defense before management.
- Formation, development, and management of a team: developing competencies and building effective interaction processes with sales, logistics, product, and regional teams.
- Representing the company's interests in negotiations with key network clients and export operators; conducting key contract negotiations and managing long-term partnerships.
- Implementation of digital marketing tools and analytics automation to increase transparency and speed of decision-making.
