The Agroeco group of pig farming companies is looking for a B2B Marketing Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy. Develop and implement a strategy for the development of partner channels (processing, wholesale, HoReCa, retail chains within the B2B product, export channels, other B2B channels)
- Assortment Strategy per Channel. Increase market share and profitability in the B2B segment. Form and adapt the product portfolio to the specifics of partners (assortment, packaging, logistics, pricing policy)
- Partner Marketing and Communication Strategy. Develop and implement a customer relationship development strategy.
- Form the image of a reliable, competent partner that helps achieve results in the client's market
- Channel Analytics. Measure and evaluate key metrics, analyze the market and competitors, manage the channel budget, generate reports
- Team Building. Form and manage a team of brand managers and marketers by area to achieve the company's strategic goals
What you need for this job:
- Higher education degree (marketing, management, sociology, statistics, economics)
- Additional education in marketing or sales will be a plus
- Experience in B2B marketing (experience in marketing in commodity markets)
- Experience in negotiations and managing relationships with large chain clients, distributors, or HoReCa chains
- Successful experience in launching new products or assortment solutions to the market
- Experience in creating and adapting product solutions, promotional mechanics, and loyalty programs specifically for partner channels
- Practical experience with sales data, channel P&L, calculating the effectiveness of marketing activities in B2B
- Experience in calculating investment projects, defending and evaluating advertising campaigns using the MROI metric
