We are looking for a System Engineer with experience in the Microsoft product stack and a background in building and operating services based on Microsoft Hyper-V and S2D. You will support and develop services, making them as reliable and user-friendly as possible.

What tasks await you

Support and development of solutions based on Microsoft Hyper-V Hyper-V is the platform on which most of our services and those of our internal customers run. We use hyper-converged (S2D) and converged configurations. You will need to delve into the specifics of the infrastructure and maintain and develop it.

Working in the role of Escalation Engineer (Tier 3) You will be approached as a service expert to solve tasks and problems that require deep analysis.

We expect that you

• Have extensive experience in Windows Server system administration (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) in a corporate environment
• Are an expert in the Hyper-V, S2D virtualization platform and its management tools (SCVMM, WAC)
• Have worked with S2D for various scenarios
• Have a good understanding of core infrastructure (AD DS, PKI, Network Services)
• Understand infrastructure security principles (least privilege, access management), can assess security risks for managed services, and understand the mechanisms of authentication and authorization in Microsoft products
• Are proficient in PowerShell
• Understand the specifics of designing distributed, fault-tolerant systems
• Enjoy automating work and solving complex tasks related to service integration
• Can work both independently and in cross-teams
• Can justify proposed solutions and explain implementation details

Will be a plus

• Experience with monitoring systems (SCOM, Zabbix, Telegraf, Prometheus/Grafana, Nagios)
• Administration of backup and recovery systems (Veeam Backup & Replication, Commvault, DPM)
• Experience with hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Yandex Cloud)
