Targeting Specialist
Hello! We are Hello World, an online children's school that teaches children programming, design, and neural networks.
We have been on the market since 2018 and are now one of the largest online schools in Russia.
We have an educational license, we are an accredited IT company and residents of Skolkovo.
🔥 We are currently looking for a Senior Targeting Specialist for our office in Saint Petersburg, who can generate quality leads, work for results, and also search for and test new promotion channels.
Main tasks:
- Launch advertising campaigns in Facebook*, VK advertising
- Formulate hypotheses, test targeting, settings, and formats, analyze extensively, and also develop media plans and forecasts for the month
- Set up an advertising account, pixel, events, retargeting, and audiences
- Develop creatives for advertising campaigns both independently and with the help of designers
- Provide recommendations and develop technical specifications for the development and refinement of landing pages and websites
- Analyze competitors (Russian and foreign) and target audience
- Prepare reports on the results of advertising campaigns
- Create effective combinations and be able to optimize and scale them
- Meet, and ideally exceed, plans for attracting new students
- Test new advertising channels
Our ideal candidate:
- Has over 3 years of experience in targeted advertising
- Has expertise in promoting EdTech projects with budgets of 500,000 rubles per month or more
- Understands the main metrics of advertising campaign effectiveness (CPL, CTR, CAC, etc.)
- Stays updated on trends and changes in social networks, is deeply immersed in marketing
- Desires to grow and develop with the company
- Can provide case studies
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working in an online school for children
- Presentation of successful case studies in EdTech before the interview

Interview stages:
- Questionnaire completion (5-10 minutes)
- Test assignment (30 minutes)
