What you will need to do: 🔹 Manage properties: operational control, condition audit, and inventory. 🔹 Work with rent: tenant acquisition, advertising, showings, and negotiations. 🔹 Control finances: payment tracking, owner reporting, and market analysis. 🔹 Administer: work with contracts (in conjunction with lawyers), manage cleaning and technical services. 🔹 Plan: advance contract renewals and rate revisions.

We expect from you: ✅ Experience in commercial real estate from 2–3 years. ✅ Understanding of rental financial modeling and building operation basics. ✅ Russian - C1/native ✅ English language — from B2 and above. ✅ Strong negotiation skills. ✅ Own a car and have a driver's license (mandatory for mobility between properties).
