π₯ Vacancy: Commercial Property Manager (Rent) Location: Cyprus π¨πΎ #vacancy We are looking for a proactive manager to manage a commercial real estate portfolio. If you know how to find common ground with tenants and keep all processes under control β we are waiting for you!
What you will need to do: πΉ Manage properties: operational control, condition audit, and inventory. πΉ Work with rent: tenant acquisition, advertising, showings, and negotiations. πΉ Control finances: payment tracking, owner reporting, and market analysis. πΉ Administer: work with contracts (in conjunction with lawyers), manage cleaning and technical services. πΉ Plan: advance contract renewals and rate revisions.
We expect from you: β Experience in commercial real estate from 2β3 years. β Understanding of rental financial modeling and building operation basics. β Russian - C1/native β English language β from B2 and above. β Strong negotiation skills. β Own a car and have a driver's license (mandatory for mobility between properties).
