Technical Project Manager in Autonomous Transportation

We are currently looking for a Technical Manager to strengthen the autonomous transportation management team. You will focus on optimizing and accelerating release acceptance processes, improving product quality, and enhancing problem detection mechanisms. You will become the link between developers, testers, and other teams, ensuring high-quality integration of new solutions.

What tasks await you

Managing release acceptance processes, including automation Right now, like many IT teams, we have a certain release cycle and release process. Your task is to improve and speed up every stage of the release, including creating tasks for various teams (e.g., automate, refine, or optimize features) and monitoring how they are executed.

Implementing real-time monitoring tools to track the operation of autonomous systems Our fleet operates continuously, 24/7, and it is important for us to know what is happening with it in real time. You will help us by: aggregating large streams of information and building visually clear graphs to quickly identify problem areas using them (knowledge of SQL will be useful for this). Another important task is developing new tools for finding online metrics.

Analyzing problems and metrics to identify weak points in processes, forming a roadmap for improvements No system is perfect. Every mature company has processes that reduce the number of problems and improve service quality. Our team is no exception. We need a person who will not only find weak points but also build a strategy for improving them. Be prepared to work closely on this issue with development teams: setting tasks and monitoring their execution.

We expect you to

• Understand the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, and DevOps practices
• Be able to work with SQL for data analysis and (optionally) report generation
• Have implemented monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) or logging (ELK Stack)
• Be ready to work with large volumes of data and propose solutions for their interpretation
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people
