Technical Project Manager in Autonomous Vehicle Development

We are building project management in autonomous vehicle development and are looking for driven project managers with a technical background, ready for unusual tasks and eager for new challenges. We have it all: development of new features, ML, building processes, and working with big data within an innovative subject area.

What tasks await you

Development of new features If you have development or design experience, it will definitely come in handy. We are constantly evolving our technology, creating new features at the intersection of software and hardware. You will need to gather and analyze requirements, organize the work of cross-functional teams, create plans and monitor their execution, implement and develop methods for collecting data from real-world drives to train planning, perception, and many other systems.

Process improvement The development team is constantly growing, so we need to build new processes and improve existing ones. We are developing development and acceptance processes around our simulator, where we 'drive' huge distances.

Service scaling and architecture review We are rapidly developing, our fleet is growing. You will need to manage changes in service architecture, reduce security risk levels, and do much more. And our data is truly big, so it is necessary to constantly improve the architecture of internal systems to keep up with processing huge amounts of data on time.

We expect that you

• Have managed software development projects, led a cross-functional team
• Have development experience, actively participated in optimization and the selection of architectural solutions
• Can communicate with people and organize the work of different teams
• Are excellent at analyzing information

Will be a plus

• Have a driver's license category B, C
• Understand the operational features of trucks
• Understand the principles of operation of various sensors (lidars, radars, cameras)
