You’ll thrive here if you have

• 3+ years in L&D, Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Development;
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programs;
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable working with managers and translating business needs into learning solutions;
• Strong planning and ownership mindset — from idea to delivery;
• Fluent English (B2+).
