We are the "Personal Solutions" team within the small business cluster. We are looking for an analyst who will become our "right eye" in two key areas: working with young entrepreneurs and major franchise networks (Samolet, SDEK, Avokado, etc.).
The market is competitive, with competitors dumping. Our task is not just to collect reports, but to find hidden growth points and justify non-standard solutions. Therefore, a creative approach to numbers is more important to us than template knowledge.
We need not just an executor who waits for detailed specifications, but a proactive "researcher." If you are told "this data does not exist," and you know how to find or "refine" it - you are our person.
• Data collection and structuring: finding and extracting data from internal data marts to analyze customer profiles
• Script and query development: writing code in Python (including using PySpark) and SQL for processing large data arrays
• Building financial models: participating in calculations to understand customer status, what products they use, withdrawal volumes, and the size of lost income
• Routine automation: creating dashboards with automatic updates to optimize the team's weekly data extractions
• Finding hidden patterns: analyzing not only NEP (net effect per product) but also the customer's wallet share in Sber and other banks, looking for additional sources of income to justify discounts on acquiring.
• Solid knowledge of Python and SQL (at the level of writing complex queries and data processing)
• Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, arrays, complex formulas)
• Data visualization skills (the ability to pack numbers beautifully and clearly into a dashboard or presentation)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to use neural networks in daily work
• Higher education.
• Experience working with data in the banking sector or fintech
• Understanding the principles of business analytics and product metrics (NEP, NOP, LTV, etc.)
• Experience in building financial models and forecasts.
• Proactivity: you see opportunities for improvement and propose them
• "Rebellious" mindset: you don't like working by template, you look for workarounds if the direct path is closed
• Independence: you don't need constant supervision, you figure out how to solve the task yourself
• Resilience: readiness for the fact that searching for data in a large system is a quest that needs to be completed.
• Stable salary and social support for employees
• Official employment
• Extended voluntary health insurance from day one and preferential insurance for close relatives
• Corporate training in Sber's Virtual School
• Free SberPrime+ subscription and discounts on products from partner companies
• Corporate pension program
• Flexible discount on mortgage loans, equal to ⅓ of the Central Bank's key rate.
