Business Analyst

Looking for a business analyst for my team 👋

We work with AI projects — LLM, ML, Computer Vision, RAG, and other business automation scenarios.

We need not an analyst who already receives a perfectly formulated ToR, but a person who can figure out the client's task themselves: conduct discovery, get to the root of the real business problem, gather requirements, define the solution boundaries, and prepare specifications that the technical team can work with.

What the job will involve:

• communicating with clients and conducting interviews;
• presale and elaboration of new AI cases;
• AS-IS / TO-BE analysis;
• preparation of concepts, briefs, preliminary and final technical specifications;
• working with LLM / ML / CV projects;
• requirements decomposition and development support;
• collaborative work with developers, ML/CV specialists, PMs, and sales;
• participation in PoCs and MVPs — from idea to result verification.

I don't expect the person to be an ML engineer or know everything about neural networks. A strong business analysis foundation, independence, systems thinking, and a desire to deeply understand AI are much more important.

I am especially interested in talking to those who have already worked in custom development, presale, or projects with high uncertainty and helped turn a client's raw idea into a feasible solution.
