Required: Remote Online Support Assistant (Software Development Projects)

We are looking for reliable Online Support Assistants for long-term support of our client software development projects.

Requirements

• Age 25 years or older
• Knowledge of software, web applications, or IT workflows
• Good communication skills in English
• Own laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection
• Your computer must remain connected and accessible during agreed working hours
• Willingness to communicate regularly and respond promptly throughout the project
• Willingness to assist with account verification if needed
• Identity verification is required before hiring
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if required

Desired (but not required)

• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, technical support, or IT
• Confident use of web tools and following technical instructions
