We are looking for a Marketing Director (CMO).
We are Mescoholic, a beauty brand in the active scaling phase, and we invite you to the role of CEO's strategic partner.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy
- Product portfolio management and new product launches
- Omnichannel development: marketplaces, offline channels, digital communications
- Building and managing a team, marketing P&L
- Interaction with key stakeholders
We expect from you:
- Marketing experience of 7+ years.
- At least 3 years in the role of Marketing Director.
- Work experience in companies with revenue of 1.5 billion rubles or more per year.
- Experience managing a marketing budget of 300 million rubles or more.
- Practical experience in FMCG, DTC, beauty, personal care, or fashion.
- Strong expertise in both brand and performance marketing.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people.
- Successful experience in building or transforming a marketing function.
- Experience with marketplaces as a significant sales channel will be an advantage.
- Experience launching products into federal drugstores will be an advantage.
