We are looking for not just a product manager, but a full-fledged Entrepreneur-Co-founder who is ready to take a product under their management — from idea to first customers and revenue, and then to growth.
Responsibilities
- Launch B2B products in global markets — from customer discovery to first customers.
- Quickly test hypotheses, build MVPs on no-code/low-code, and validate them.
- Work with exporters, importers, and internal and external experts.
- Define strategy, metrics, and manage the roadmap.
- Recruit and lead a cross-functional team.
- Become a shareholder of the project upon success.

Requirements
- Experience launching technological B2B products from scratch.
- You know how to apply AI/LLM in real products.
- Skills in customer discovery and rapid hypothesis testing.
- Hands-on approach: no-code MVP, prompts, user interaction.
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and influence the outcome.
- Focus on results, not on process.
Plus:
- Own AI or LLM pet projects.
- Entrepreneurial experience or participation in startups.
- Knowledge of LLM, RAG, vector DB, prompt engineering.
- Understanding of logistics, import/export, supply chain markets.
- Fluent English.
