Hiring: Head of Finance / Junior CFO (PE-Backed SaaS)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business (~€15m ARR) on a key hire: Head of Finance / Junior CFO.

This is a pivotal role working closely with the CEO and investors to drive the next phase of growth, including an active buy-and-build strategy.

Location: Germany (fully remote)

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in a PE-backed SaaS environment or strong exposure via Big 4 Transaction Advisory / Transaction Services
• A blend of hands-on finance leadership and strategic mindset
• Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and integration
• Ability to build scalable processes and deliver investor-grade reporting
• Fluent German (essential)
