💳 Billing Manager / Payments Operations

In a media buying team scaling performance traffic to Western markets (US/EU).

We are looking for a Billing Manager / Payments Operations to be responsible for the stable operation of payments and subscriptions: to ensure users can pay for products without problems, subscriptions are renewed correctly, and the business does not lose revenue due to payment declines, technical errors, chargebacks, and issues with payment providers.

What needs to be done: — daily monitor payment metrics: approval rate, declines, errors, drops by GEO / banks / payment methods / PSP — manage payment providers and resolve operational issues — connect new PSPs and payment methods, work with payment routing and payment conversion optimization — control recurring payments: renewals, retries, failed payments, grace periods, and cancellations — work with chargebacks, disputes, and fraud, identify causes, and reduce losses — reconcile payments, refunds, commissions, and settlements — interact with product, development, support, and PSPs for quick problem resolution

Who we are looking for: — experience in Billing / Payments Operations / Payment Performance / Subscription Billing — practical experience with PSPs and payment gateways — understanding of recurring payments, declines, retries, chargebacks, and disputes — ability to independently analyze payment metrics and identify revenue loss points — experience with international B2C / subscription products is a plus — experience with Stripe, Adyen, Solidgate, Checkout, Braintree, PayPal, Worldpay, Primer is a big plus
