Skyeng has a large analytical team of about 20 people. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who will help the Quality and Client Experience teams make accurate data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for important business areas and grow in a mature analytical environment with mentorship, a clear onboarding plan, and a predictable task flow.
For this role, we need a specialist who lives in or near Innopolis and is willing to work from the company's office in Innopolis twice a week.
Your tasks
- Identify the needs of internal customers, as well as independently initiate analytical tasks and recommendations.
- Work with the data warehouse: write optimal data marts, implement and maintain business logic, participate in refactoring, and ensure data quality.
- Build regular reports and prepare one-off data extracts as requested by the business.
- Refactor and systematize regular reporting: optimize, update, and develop it with deep immersion into the context and business processes.
- Work with Happy Customer and Quality areas: analyze the quality of lessons and customer communications, task completion by operators, NPS and CSAT growth, customer loyalty and retention, reduction of returns and incident costs.
- Support the WFM (Workforce Management) area: assist in forecasting and planning labor resources for handling all customer requests.
- Work with existing metrics and create new ones.
- Advise customers on reporting, metrics, and analytical conclusions.
- Keep documentation up-to-date.
Ideal candidate
- Lives in or near Innopolis and is willing to work from the company's office in Innopolis twice a week.
- Has at least one to three years of experience as a data analyst.
- Confidently uses SQL and Python in work tasks.
- Has worked with DataLens or another modern data visualization system.
- Is familiar with Git and understands the importance of careful version control.
- Can effectively brief customers, distinguish between important and secondary issues, and prioritize.
- Thinks systemically, shows initiative, does not wait for ready-made answers, and communicates calmly with the business.
