Requirements: An AI-native product leader / product executive with a strong hands-on approach, capable of not only managing but also deeply understanding the product, AI/dev pipeline, UX/UI, and integrations. Experience launching and integrating large AI / data / enterprise products. Experience working with government, public sector, enterprise, defense, smart city, or similar complex domains. Understanding of LLM / GenAI / AI agents / data platforms; experience in bringing products to production, not just PoCs. Management of product and engineering teams of 15+ people. Strong UX/UI skills and extensive exposure to web / mobile interfaces. Ability to independently assemble a high-quality production-ready prototype in Cursor / Claude / Figma / React within 7-14 days. Excellent English and experience in negotiating with C-level executives, top corporate management, or government structures. High speed, systematic approach, stress resistance, and ownership.
