Head of Digital Marketing and Web Development Department at Garage Museum of Contemporary Art
The Garage Museum of Contemporary Art is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing and Web Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy, manage web development;
- Lead a team of digital and web project managers;
- Develop, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns in digital channels (targeted and contextual advertising, seeding in public groups, partnerships);
- Develop and support web platforms (websites and landing pages);
- Interact with Museum departments and contractors (targeting specialist, advertising agencies, designer);
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital channels, work with metrics, reporting, and process optimization;
- Coordinate and strategically develop the advertising online projects area;
- Primary document flow, budgeting, reporting.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience of 4+ years;
- Strategic thinking, systemic approach, ability to work with analytics systems;
- Knowledge of digital marketing and web analytics tools, understanding of digital marketing trends;
- Team management skills;
- Knowledge of document flow and experience working with 1C;
- Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level or higher;
- Experience promoting cultural projects is a plus;
- Willingness to complete a test assignment and go through several interviews.
Conditions:
- Salary is discussed individually;
- Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule;
- Office in Gorky Park;
- Probationary period: 3 months.
