Head of Online Sales & Customer Operations

📍Tashkent (hybrid)

We are an international insurance company developing digital sales and customer service channels in the Uzbekistan market. Currently, the team faces the task of scaling the commercial efficiency of digital channels, improving the customer journey, and establishing a unified approach to sales and service management.

We are looking for a Head of Digital Sales & Customer Operations who will take responsibility for the development of online sales, the efficiency of customer service, and the improvement of commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Development and scaling of online sales through the website and mobile application. • Management of customer interaction processes through the contact center and digital channels. • Analysis of the sales funnel, customer behavior, conversions, and the effectiveness of commercial initiatives. • Development and implementation of sales scripts, communication standards, and service quality control. • Management of the commercial team's KPIs and improvement of process efficiency. • Identification of opportunities for sales growth and reduction of operational costs. • Interaction with product, marketing, IT, and operational teams. • Development of integrations with payment services and other external partners. • Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

We expect: • B2C sales management experience of 3+ years. • Experience in developing online sales channels in digital companies. • Understanding of the complete customer journey: from customer acquisition to purchase and further service. • Experience managing a contact center, customer service, or commercial operations. • Skills in working with sales analytics and key business metrics. • Experience in building processes and interaction between multiple departments. • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Will be a plus: • Experience in insurance, FinTech, e-commerce, digital banking, or telecom industries. • Experience in developing mobile applications and digital products. • Understanding of the specifics of online insurance and financial services. • English (B2).
