Client Success Manager (A2P / iGaming)
Work format: Remote
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will become a key partner for our clients in the A2P and iGaming sectors. The main goal of the role is to develop long-term relationships with clients, help grow their business, and effectively manage the client portfolio.
The ideal candidate has experience with A2P solutions and understands the specifics of the iGaming industry to communicate fluently with clients and help them achieve their business goals.
What is important:
• Experience in a Client Success / Account Management / Customer Success role • Experience in A2P Messaging / Telecom — mandatory • Experience with iGaming (Casino / Betting) will be a big plus • Experience in commercial client management and existing portfolio development • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships • Proactiveness and ability to find solutions independently • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data • English language — C1 (mandatory) • Russian language — desirable
Will be a plus:
• Experience with Alaris or similar platforms • Proficient in Excel and working with statistics • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
What you will be doing:
• Fully accompany clients from onboarding to further relationship development • Develop commercial relationships with current clients (upsell / cross-sell) • Analyze client performance indicators and identify growth opportunities • Maintain regular communication with clients and be their primary point of contact • Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams (Support, Routing, and other departments) • Help clients effectively use A2P solutions and grow their business with the company • Participate in client meetings and potential business trips
