An international FinTech holding that develops its own payment infrastructure and PSP platform for high-risk industries: iGaming, Forex, Crypto.

We are looking for a Banking & PSP Relations Manager who will take responsibility for working with banks, EMIs, acquirers, and PSPs: from preparing documents and undergoing onboarding to opening accounts and launching partnerships.

Responsibilities: ▪️ Onboard companies with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and acquirers ▪️ Prepare and submit document packages, fill out questionnaires, and process additional requests ▪️ Open accounts for European companies ▪️ Accompany KYB/KYC and the entire onboarding pipeline ▪️ Build and maintain relationships with banks and payment partners ▪️ Search for and evaluate new PSPs, EMIs, and payment solutions ▪️ Compare providers by GEO, onboarding capabilities, industries, settlement flows, and commercial terms ▪️ Accompany partner integration until approval and go-live

Requirements: ▪️ From 1 year of experience in FinTech / Payments / PSP / EMI / Acquiring / Banking ▪️ Practical experience in banking and/or PSP onboarding ▪️ Experience working with high-risk industries, primarily iGaming ▪️ Understanding of the document package for onboarding European companies ▪️ Knowledge of KYB/KYC, IBAN, SEPA/SWIFT, and acquiring basics ▪️ Experience interacting with PSPs, EMIs, banks, acquirers, or payment gateways ▪️ English at a confident working level ▪️ Independence, attention to detail with documents, and ability to bring processes to completion
