Description
Due to the expansion of the Construction unit, we are hiring new employees to join the team of creative architects in the field of architectural, landscape, and working design.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Participate in concept development
- Create initial models for the improvement of squares, public buildings, and parks (Revit) based on sketches
- Prepare concepts for presentation, design visualizations, create albums
- Elaborate details of small architectural forms (MAFs), furniture, dendro-plans
- Develop preliminary drawings and design specifications
Requirements
We expect:
- Higher specialized education (Landscape Design / Architecture / Urban Planning)
- Experience in improvement or landscape design
- Work experience as an architect for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Photoshop is required. Knowledge of 3dsmax, Lumion, QGIS, SketchUp, Stable Diffusion is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in concept development
An advantage will be: experience in designing public spaces and improvement at the stages of Preliminary Design (EP) and Detailed Design (RP) (forming a concept in a unified style, presenting your ideas, competent selection of plant assortments, creating planting compositions, designing custom small architectural forms, calculating vertical layout, etc.);
