Marketing Director – Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

My client is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and drive business growth for an established real estate business in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the marketing function within a large organisation of 300+ employees, shaping brand positioning, driving lead generation and delivering measurable commercial results. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a marketing leader with strong real estate experience and technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM integrations and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, driving performance and accountability.
• Drive lead generation, campaign performance and marketing ROI across digital channels.
• Implement and optimise marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
• Improve customer journeys, lead nurturing and conversion funnels.
• Use data and analytics to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and senior leadership to maximise commercial impact.
• Report directly to the CEO on marketing performance, strategy and business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within real estate.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market.
• Demonstrable success in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, commercial and budget management skills.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
