VP – Head of HR Business Partner

I'm hiring: VP – Head of HR Business Partner | Financial Services 📍 Dubai

I'm working on a confidential search for a leading organization in the UAE, looking for a VP – Head of HR Business Partner to lead their HRBP function and act as a true strategic partner to the business.

This is a leadership role. You'll oversee a team of 4, sit close to senior stakeholders, and shape how HR shows up across the business. Banking background is a plus but not essential; what matters most is strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and the ability to build trust with the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with business leaders to deliver HR advisory that supports growth
• Leading and developing your HRBP team
• Guiding stakeholders through complex people matters
• Working with HR Centres of Excellence to keep service delivery sharp
• Shaping HR strategy through market intelligence and best practice
• Owning compliance, SLAs, and quality standards across the function

What we're looking for:

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with real depth in HR Business Partnering
• Strong leadership, proven experience managing and developing teams
• Broad exposure across HR domains and related committees
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Banking experience is a plus, not a must
