Drinkit is a new generation digital coffee shop from Dodo Brands. We have rethought the coffee business and made it completely digital, from ordering in the app, where you can customize your drink and adjust the taste as you like with one click, to smart dispensing that remembers the guest's name and helps to easily find the order among dozens of others.
And we are always looking for caring people — enthusiastic professionals who care about what they do. Those who act boldly, support the team, and are open to new ideas to create cool solutions together and make the customer experience better.
We are looking for a Senior Producer for the Drinkit creative studio — a person who will turn ideas into launched projects: on time, with high quality, and without chaos along the way.
You will work closely with the creative studio team — creatives, designers, editors, and content producers — manage projects and interact extensively with marketing, product, local markets, and other teams.
The projects are very diverse in format and scale: seasonal campaigns and collaborations, work with brand identity and packaging, graphic design and coffee shop interior design, photo and video content production.
What you will do:
- Manage several projects of different scales simultaneously: plan stages and deadlines, assemble the necessary team, manage priorities and risks, coordinate work, and be responsible for the outcome;
- Be the primary point of coordination between the creative studio and other teams: global and local marketing, product, interiors, the app team, and others;
- Build working relationships with related teams, help negotiate deadlines, areas of responsibility, and expected outcomes;
- Organize production: find contractors and freelancers for specific tasks, compile estimates, monitor deadlines, budget, and quality;
- Together with the Head of Marketing & Creative Operations, improve marketing processes: identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help implement them in daily work;
- Help make team workload transparent and realistic: understand what is currently being worked on, where resources are lacking, and where there is a risk of not meeting deadlines.
What is important to us:
- 5+ years of experience as a producer or creative project manager in agencies and on the brand side. Experience working in an in-house creative studio will be a big plus;
- Experience in managing complex creative projects and content production: for example, integrated 360° campaigns with a large number of formats, stages, participants, and parallel processes. The ability to assemble all these parts into a single project and bring it to fruition;
- Strong project management: the ability to simultaneously manage deadlines, priorities, resources, budgets, and multiple participants with different interests;
- Systems thinking and a love for order: the ability to structure chaos, build clear processes, and keep everything neatly organized;
- Attention to detail and accuracy — both in large projects and in daily work;
- Active use of AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools are already part of your work routine, and you use them in your production work to solve tasks faster and increase your efficiency;
- Caring about the result: the outcome matters to you. You don't limit yourself to your area of responsibility, you get involved, notice problems, and treat projects as if they were your own brand;
- Initiative and independence: you can make decisions, foresee risks, and move projects forward, rather than waiting for the next step from someone else;
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty: you don't get lost when not all the inputs are known in advance, you ask the right questions, and independently gather the missing information;
- Strong communication skills: you can build relationships and negotiate with very different teams and people;
- Good eye for trends: you are interested in design, branding, and modern communication, and you follow trends;
- Knowledge of the production market: you are well-versed in contractors and know where to find strong specialists for various tasks;
- Confident work with essential tools: actively use Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs), task trackers, messengers, and tools for project planning and timelines, can work in Figma at a basic level, and quickly learn new tools;
- English language proficiency sufficient for daily work with an international team and markets;
- Interest in the coffee industry and coffee culture.
We are ready to offer you:
- Work in a global company with ambitious goals and large-scale tasks;
- A culture of freedom and responsibility. We value those who are ready to make decisions and take responsibility for them;
- Transparent conditions. Competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development;
- Remote or hybrid work format;
- Paid training. Courses, conferences, professional literature, and co-financing of English language learning on Skyeng;
- Employee care. Voluntary medical insurance from day one, including dentistry, and mental health support through Alter.
