ACCOUNT MANAGER

DUGA® is a branding agency in the real estate sector (business, premium, luxury). We create projects that impact the urban environment and quality of life. We are currently looking for an experienced project manager, a geek for details and order, with a love for design and simplicity. Someone who can engage the team and organize the workflow.

Employment format: office / hybrid (to be clarified after the interview).

What we expect from you:

— Managing a project portfolio (tasks, deadlines, budgets, documents)

— Forming and leading a team, coordinating participants

— Understanding the basics of marketing and branding

— Experience in client communication and handling objections

— Knowledge of project and risk management methodologies

— Ability to work with creative teams and specialists (designers, copywriters, strategists, etc.)

— Organization and structure

Will be a plus:

Experience in development/architecture;

— Knowledge of Figma;

— Interest in AI tools;

— English for working with materials

— Experience in mentoring and managing a team of project managers.
