P2P Business Development Manager (High-Risk Payments)

We are looking for an experienced "P2P Business Development Manager" to join our fast-growing fintech team and help scale our P2P payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the P2P partner network across CIS markets.
- Attract new counterparties and build long-term relationships.
- Work with existing partners to increase transaction volumes.
- Source and develop marketing channels to attract new counterparties to the platform.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full partnership lifecycle.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize P2P processing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Hands-on experience in P2P traffic arbitrage.
- Experience in high-risk payments with alternative payment methods (non-eCommerce).
- Strong understanding of P2P processing and payment flows.
- Existing network of contacts within the P2P ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with CIS markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Russian required; English is an advantage.
