🚀 Business Development Manager (P2P)
📍 Location: Cyprus (relocation) or remote 💼 Format: Remote / Hybrid / On-site 📈 Level: Middle / Senior 💰 Compensation: fixed + bonus (negotiable)
An international FinTech company is looking for a Business Development Manager (P2P) to develop the P2P direction and scale the partner network in international markets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop the P2P direction and increase processing volumes. • Seek and attract new counterparties and partners. • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships. • Search for new channels to attract participants to the platform. • Manage the full negotiation cycle – from initial contact to partner launch. • Analyze the market for alternative payment solutions and seek new opportunities for business development. • Interact with Product, Operations, and other internal teams. • Work with CIS markets.
Requirements:
✅ Experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnership Management for over 2 years. ✅ Practical experience in P2P traffic arbitrage. ✅ Experience in High-Risk with alternative payment methods (not eCommerce). ✅ Excellent understanding of P2P processing principles. ✅ Own network of contacts in the P2P industry will be an advantage. ✅ Experience in scaling a partner network and attracting new counterparties. ✅ Good understanding of the specifics of CIS markets. ✅ Strong negotiation skills, independence, and result-orientation.
