We are looking for a Marketing Director for an FMCG company (food production) who will be responsible for the development of the company's marketing strategy, brands, and product portfolio.

Key tasks: • Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and category development strategy; • Product portfolio management, brand lifecycle, and assortment matrix management; • Development and launch of new products (NPD), innovation project management; • Brand development and strengthening their market positions; • Analysis of the market, competitors, consumer trends, and demand; • Development of marketing initiatives based on analytics and consumer insights; • Marketing budget planning and control, evaluation of marketing investment effectiveness; • Evaluation of marketing activity effectiveness and search for new growth points; • Cross-functional interaction with sales, trade marketing, finance, production, and logistics teams; • Preparation of analytical reports and presentations for management; • Marketing team management: goals, KPIs, employee development, and team performance improvement.

We are looking for you if: • You have 5+ years of experience in managerial marketing positions; • You have practical experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy; • You have successful experience in managing brands, categories, and product portfolios; • You have experience in developing and launching new products (NPD); • You have a good understanding of the FMCG market, consumer behavior, and key market trends; • You have experience managing a marketing budget and evaluating investment effectiveness; • You are strong in analytics, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making; • You have experience in team management and employee development; • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools; • English language proficiency – at least Intermediate; • You have a higher education in marketing, economics, management, or related fields.
