We are looking for an expert who will help establish a unified corporate change management process across all production sites.

Key tasks: • Organization of the corporate MoC process • Assessment of change risks • Coordination of cross-functional teams • Monitoring the implementation of changes • Development of standards and staff training

Requirements: ✔ 7+ years of experience in industry ✔ Experience in implementing technical and technological changes ✔ Knowledge of PSM and risk assessment ✔ Experience in modernizing production facilities
