VentorTech is an experienced team of engineers, managers, and analysts specializing in Odoo ERP implementation. For over 10 years, we’ve been automating business processes in inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and finance for companies across the EU, US, and Australia.

Each project brings different business challenges, industries, and processes, so our Business Analysts need to do more than follow instructions — they need to understand how businesses work, structure complex information, ask the right questions, and turn business needs into practical Odoo solutions.

We’re opening 5 places in our Junior Business Analyst Academy for people who want to start or transition into Business Analysis and ERP consulting.

We do not expect you to already know Odoo or have commercial experience as a Business Analyst. What matters much more is how quickly you learn, how you approach unfamiliar problems, and whether you can turn feedback into better decisions.

You’ll go through an intensive learning program focused on Business Analysis, ERP, Odoo, and real business processes.

Must Have

• English B2+ — enough to understand training materials, communicate clearly, and participate in discussions.
• Basic understanding of the Business Analyst role, business processes, and requirements— what a BA does, what a business process is, and how requirements are used to solve business problems.
• Strong learning agility and analytical thinking— able to absorb new information quickly, structure it, and apply it in unfamiliar situations.
• Ownership and independence— willing to investigate, form hypotheses, and try to solve a problem before asking for step-by-step guidance.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete information — notices gaps, inconsistencies, and missing context, and asks relevant clarifying questions.

Nice to have

• Completed Business Analysis courses, bootcamps, university subjects, or relevant self-study.
• Familiarity with BPMN / UML, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems such as Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Bitrix24, etc.
• Practical experience with business processes, data, operations, finance, logistics, or customer-facing work.
• Internships, student projects, hackathons, or other examples where you had to analyze information and solve practical problems.

During the Academy, you will:

• Learn how Odoo ERP supports processes such as sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
• Work with practical business cases and exercises.
• Learn how to analyze AS-IS processes and design TO-BE solutions.
• Practice requirements analysis, process thinking, and solution design.
• Work with feedback from experienced Business Analysts.
• Learn how to approach unfamiliar domains and find the information you need independently.
• Complete a final assessment at the end of the program.

The Academy is provided by VentorTech free of charge as an investment in your professional development.

After the Academy

At the end of the program, participants complete a final assessment.

Based on the results, VentorTech may invite selected participants to discuss potential employment opportunities.

2. Interview with Recruiter We’ll discuss:

• your background and experience;
• how you approach learning and unfamiliar tasks;
• your English level.

3. Case Assessment You’ll complete a practical task designed to evaluate:

• your own reasoning;
• analytical thinking;
• ability to work with incomplete information.

4. Technical Interview You’ll discuss your solution with an experienced Business Analyst.
