Areas of Responsibility:
Launching and developing 6 key club directions based at Cepage & WineWood:
- WineWood Family Club – a format for parents with children: events, masterclasses, joint breakfasts, art, and nature.
- Cepage Meat Club – for lovers of meat, fire, and gastronomic dinners with an emphasis on the product.
- Cepage Wine Club – private tastings, meetings with winemakers, thematic journeys, and a club wine list.
- WineWood Networking Club – for entrepreneurs, hoteliers, designers, and everyone seeking strong connections.
- Self-Development and Cognition Club – intellectual evenings, intimate lectures, meetings with philosophers, coaches, and book authors.
- Gastronomic Bartender Club – pop-up parties, international guests, experience exchange, signature cocktails, and a live bar scene.
- Building guest segments: identifying interests, needs, and communication formats.
- Creating a communication system for each club: emails, social media, Telegram, events.
- Curating events – from idea to implementation, with a team or contractors.
- Working with CRM: club statuses, bonuses, personalization.
- Community management: from club cards to trust in dialogue.
- Personal communication with guests: you will be the voice and face of club life.

- Experience in community management, event marketing, HoReCa, luxury, or lifestyle sphere.
